By using our e-commerce, you agree to the following user terms:

Registration and User Account

To be able to shop from our e-commerce, you must provide necessary information, including name, email address, and billing address. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

Age and Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use our e-commerce. You may not use our e-commerce for any illegal or unethical purposes.

Products and Prices

We reserve the right to change the product range and prices at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in prices or product descriptions.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the prices and terms. Payment is made through the payment options we offer, and payment information is protected according to our privacy policy.

We are responsible for sending products to the specified delivery address within the specified timeframe. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

You have the right to cancel your purchase of the products within a certain timeframe and receive a refund according to our return policy. We are responsible for refunding the amount paid for the product, minus any shipping costs or other fees.

You are responsible for using our services in a responsible and legal manner. We reserve the right to take appropriate action if we suspect or discover any illegal or unethical use of our services.

All intellectual property rights to our products and services belong to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property rights without our written permission.

We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of our e-commerce, including any delays or interruptions in service.

We reserve the right to change these user terms at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to regularly review the user terms for any updates.

By using our e-commerce, you agree to these user terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our webshop.

Shipping policy

Even if you wish to invoke your right of withdrawal, you have the right to carefully examine the item. To be able to return the item, it must be in its original condition and packaging, if available. The items must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipment to us. Please note that the original packaging should not be used as outer packaging. The item must be complete when returned to us, which means that labels, accessories, user manuals, product packaging, inner packaging, etc., must be included in the return. We reserve the right to perform a value reduction corresponding to any changes in the product's condition upon receipt by us.

Pack the item well. You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the items arrive intact and therefore bear the risk if the product is damaged during return shipment to us. Use the outer packaging you received the item in; do not just send it in the original packaging as the product may be damaged. Therefore, do not attach the shipping label directly to the product packaging/original packaging. We do not replace products damaged during transportation to us.

If you want to return furniture or other bulky items, the cost may be high depending on the volume of the product.

We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.

If you discover that the shipment is visibly damaged during transportation upon receipt of your package, you as the customer should ask the shipping company to note the transport damage and refuse to accept the package. If the package is delivered, you must immediately report the damage to the shipping company. If you find that the contents are damaged or that items are missing when unpacking, you as the customer are obliged to contact Marie Olsson Nylander store no later than 3 calendar days after receiving the goods with your order number and case number from the parcel agent. Contact us and attach pictures of the damaged item. If you do not contact the shipping company within 3 days or do not provide the requested pictures, we reserve the right to deny transport damage.

Note that you should always save the packaging your item came in until the matter is resolved. Pictures of this are essential for our complaint to the carrier. The item may also be requested to be returned, and the packaging is intended for this purpose.

Packages under 20 kg are delivered by the specified shipping company to the nearest pickup point. Provide your mobile number for SMS notification for quicker handling, or wait for a notice in your mailbox. Packages or items over 20 kg or 150 cm are delivered by the specified shipping company. Delivery is made to the property boundary; installation is not included. The distributor will contact you to arrange delivery. Please note that it is not possible to determine a more precise delivery time, and surcharges may apply for island delivery. Carrying in can be ordered for larger items; contact us for a cost estimate.

In cases where packages, letters, or pallets/larger packages are returned to Marie Olsson Nylander store by the shipping company because the recipient 1) does not collect the package from the delivery point; 2) has not been reachable at the specified telephone number for notification; 3) refused to accept the delivery; or 4) provided incorrect name, address, or contact information, Marie Olsson Nylander store will charge the customer a fee. For letters and packages, the fee is SEK 300 including VAT, and for pallets or larger packages, it is SEK 800 including VAT. In cases where the distributor or Marie Olsson Nylander store has agreed with the recipient on the day and time of delivery but the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, an additional fee of SEK 300 including VAT will be charged, and the customer will have to arrange for a new delivery.

Items in stock are items that we normally have in stock for immediate delivery. These items are normally dispatched from us within 2–3 working days, which means that the delivery time from us to you is normally 3-5 working days. In case of delivery delays from the supplier, we reserve the right to a longer delivery time. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as we have processed your order.

Refund policy

When purchasing from our webshop www.marieolssonnylander.com you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received or collected your item from the agent. If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day. You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is considered observed if you send back the items before this fourteen-day period expires.

The return shipping is paid by you as the end customer, and you are responsible for the item during any return transport. If the item is lost during return transport or damaged during this transport, you are responsible, and Marie Olsson Nylander store has the right to refuse a refund.

Refunds are normally made within 14 days from the date we receive the item. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To get assistance with your return and to have a return label sent for the same cost as your shipping cost, you can always contact us by email or phone. You will receive a link within 24 hours after payment has been received so you can print your return label.

You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the goods from the amount refunded to you.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods, which with a broken seal cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene, and that the seal has been broken by you as a consumer.

For custom-made items tailored to your preferences, no right of withdrawal or open purchase applies. Custom-made items include all items tailored or adjusted for you, such as sofas in a specific fabric you have chosen or customized lighting fixtures.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers.

Privacy policy

The customer also has the right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes. It is important to us that you as a customer feel confident in how we handle your personal data. This also applies if you want a register extract, want your data corrected, or want your personal data deleted, all requests we undertake by law to perform within 30 days of your request, but of course as quickly as we can.
